The main area that I have been struggling with in my life is my overall discipline. I chose to work with Carmanah as she is one of the most disciplined, consistent, happy and enthusiastic people that I have ever met. It’s not often that I feel inspired after every conversation I have with someone but with Carmanah it is literally every single time.
Discipline leads into every area of my life which includes specific areas that we discussed together: my nutrition, my exercise/movement routine, and my overall mental well-being.
