Why do you need a wellbeing strategy?

Your people are your most important resource. Take care of them and watch your business truly take off.

Here’s the problem: People are suffering from increasingly poor mental and physical health as a result of overwhelming pressures in their work and personal lives. At work, they often have not been given the resources or education to help them to manage and thrive. This results in lower productivity, increased absence, and staff turnover which together is a significant cost burden to a company.

According to a recent study from Deloitte, these issues are costing UK employers up to £45 billion per annum. Not to mention the on-going social costs.

So how do we approach this?

Implement a robust wellbeing strategy that provides resources and an environment where people feel valued and cared for. This will increase productivity and discretionary effort with staff actually wanting to do more because they care and want to reciprocate. This in turn leads to decreased absenteeism, staff turnover and increased profitability.

The Deloitte study illustrated that for every £1 spent on wellbeing initiatives, the business sees a return of £5.

How can I help your business?

An effective wellbeing strategy will help your business improve its profitability through increased productivity, and reduced costs. I balance HR business acumen with my understanding of psychology and human behaviour to create a bespoke wellbeing strategy that will benefit your company for years to come.

My approach is different because I embed coaching into the implementation phase. A company can have the best intentions and a world class strategy, but if your employees are not educated and empowered to take care of their own wellbeing, your efforts will still fall short. To address this, I offer wellbeing strategy coaching to leaders and employees. To educate and empower people to take control of their own wellbeing, and optimise work-life harmony.

Wellbeing strategy for the company, and for the individual. It’s well-rounded, and it works.

Let’s work together to achieve your business objectives, and create happier and healthier lives for your employees. Everybody wins!

Different levels of support are available i.e. full written strategy, current strategy audits, coaching only and anything in between. Book a call today to find out what level of support works best for your business.

Looks pretty standard & robust…

so what makes my approach different?

I empower employees to take care of their own wellbeing through 1:1 and group coaching. A strategy can only take you so far. At some point, it is in the employees' hands to improve their wellbeing. I help the company with organisational strategy, while also helping employees create their own individual wellbeing strategy.
