Wellbeing at work is not just something that HR manages. Everyone has a part to play in ensuring that the wellbeing of the workforce is a priority and is actively managed. Whether you're here as a line manager, or you're an employee, you can help make change.

The issue with so many wellbeing initiatives is that they try to please too many people. Wellbeing is an individual journey, and within that journey, there are key principles which apply to everyone e.g. the need for connection, adequate sleep, and a calm mind. My approach to coaching educates you on the principles so that you can build a wellbeing strategy that is fit for purpose for you, and empowers you to take action to improve your own wellbeing.

Now imagine on a team level: everyone understands how to take care of their own wellbeing, and has acquired a greater degree of knowledge around wellbeing in general. All team members are able to support each other in their own wellbeing journeys, and as a result communication and connection has improved. People start to feel better, and they start to work together better. That is the outcome you can expect when you experience team building with me.

So how does it work?

First off, we have a half day of team building. You can expect education on wellbeing, mindset exercises, and general fun and games as we open up communication and break down walls.

Following the team event, each team member will have a chance to book a 1:1 private and confidential session to create their own wellbeing strategy, and discuss any sensitive issues that they may not have shared in the team event. Follow up sessions are an option, and helpful to assist with accountability and lasting change.

Once everyone has had their sessions, we all come back together and chat about what we have learned and how things are going to be different moving forward.
